Donald Tenconi

Donald Tenconi is an experienced trial attorney with over 25 trials, involving millions of dollars. He attempts to resolve issues without a trial to save his clients time, money and distress.  When litigation is necessary, he works diligently to resolve the case quickly.  Additionally, he has participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations to resolve claims.

Don has practiced law for almost 40 years in California and 6 years in Washington, D.C.  He and his firm both have the highest rating of AV from Martindale-Hubbell, including AV Preeminent Rating, Client Distinction Award and named one of California’s top lawyers. In addition to his trial skills, he has training and experience in alternate dispute resolution utilizing mediation, negotiation and facilitation.

Don was born and raised in Martinez, California and graduated from UCLA in 1976 with a degree in Microbiology and studies in Bio-Chemistry. After graduation and before law school, he worked in petroleum processing, microbiologic industrial waste processing and Environmental Protection Act compliance. In 1981, Don graduated from University of San Francisco. He is a member California State Bar.  His background provides clients with a structured, organized approach to their legal needs. Don is also dedicated to community service, sitting on the board of Children's Skin Disease Foundation and Yarborough Foundation.
